According to the official Steam page (and according to NeoGAF), further evidence for the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" PC version is coming in January 2016.
Previously, Amazon France reportedly leaked the PC version's release date, being January 29, 2016. Along with this leak and Steam's official page for "Rise of the Tomb Raider," it's looking extremely likely that the game will release January. Square Enix has not released a statement as to when either the PC or the PlayStation 4 versions are coming, though they are most likely under contract to not say because of the timed exclusivity deal Microsoft has with them.
The NeoGAF post also suggests that the PlayStation 4 release date is still aimed at Holiday 2016, but that is still unclear and unknown at this point. Judging by how quickly the PC version is coming, Square Enix may be trying to push forward the other versions as quickly as possible due to low performing sales on Xbox One and Xbox 360.
