Posted on Steam Community, the supposed interim update for the "Batman: Arkham Knight" PC version is still in the works. It was slated for some time in August, but the work Warner Bros. is putting into the game still needs more time. WB has released a statement and the supposed fixes the patch will come with:
The teams have been working hard to address the issues with the PC version of the game. We are happy to confirm that we are now putting the first interim patch into testing. If all goes well, we expect to issue the patch in the next few weeks. We’ll be sure to report back in the next two weeks on how the testing is coming along.

"Batman: Arkham Knight" was released in June and worked relatively fine on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but has faced a terrible launch on PC and continues to see problems that WB is trying to fix.
