Blizzard has stated that they are looking into ways to allow cross-play with "Overwatch" for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
As of this writing, there isn't any cross-play between any platform for "Overwatch." Blizzard is looking into ways to allow PlayStation 4 and Xbox One to play together. However, that doesn't mean any cross-play between consoles and PC. While the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One controllers are near identical in layout, the ability to balance controllers and mouse/keyboard would be extremely difficult to implement.
Whether Sony and Microsoft agree to allow cross-console play is to be seen.
