Koji Igarashi has announced that "Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night" will be delayed into 2018.
The original release window for the spiritual successor to the "Castlevania" series was for 2017, but IGA felt that more time is needed to polish the game. They're aiming for the first half of 2018.
The last thing I want to do is keep our backers waiting, but after receiving such incredible support, I feel responsible for delivering the best product I possibly can. Again, I offer my sincerest apologies. Koji Igarashi
