The "Borderlands" series is making its way to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. On the "Borderlands" YouTube, "Borderlands: The Handsome Collection" will include "Borderlands 2" and "Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel." It may seem odd to leave out the first "Borderlands," but the collection is called "Handsome," referring to Handsome Jack who wasn't in the first game.
All the DLC for both games will be included. Additionally, the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will feature four players on one screen and cross-save functionality, meaning saves from PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 can be transferred over (but only on the same console family).
"Borderlands: The Handsome Collection" will launch on March 24, 2015.
