During E3, Nintendo revealed a brand new line of amiibo for "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild." The second wave of "Super Mario" amiibo was also shown off.
For the "Zelda" line, there is a figure of Link in his rider getup and on his horse, one of Link with his bow, and one for the Guardian robot that Link fights. What these do isn't exactly known as of this time, but the Wolf Link amiibo was shown off, revealing that Wolf Link will be one of (if not the only one) companions for Link during his adventure (Link has himself as a pet?).
In addition to the "Zelda" line, several more amiibo for "Super Mario" was shown off. Joining the first wave are Daisy, Rosalina, Wario, Waluigi, Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, and Boo, with Boo glowing in the dark.
The "Breath of the Wild" line are expected to release sometime in 2017, alongside the game most likely, with the second wave of "Super Mario" releasing on November 4, 2016.
