UPDATE: GameSpot was told by Capcom that "Dead Rising," along with "Dead Rising 2" and "Dead Rising 2: Off the Record," will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ("Dead Rising" will also be coming to PC, as PC has yet to see the first game yet). No further information was given and no word on if "Dead Rising 3" will be making its way to the PS4, as that'll be the only game not confirmed for a PlayStation release yet.
According to Exophase (who captured and posted the trophies for the game), the first "Dead Rising" is set for a release on the PlayStation 4.
This release of "Dead Rising" will mark the first time the first game has seen a release outside of the Xbox 360. It has remained an Xbox 360 exclusive since it's debut in 2006. 2016 marks the 10-year anniversary for the series. Whether or not a release of "Dead Rising" for the PlayStation 4 or a re-release of the first "Dead Rising" as a remaster for the eighth generation of consoles isn't known, as the posting of the trophies doesn't mean anything official yet. The anniversary is on August 8, 2006 (September for the rest of the world), so Capcom may be waiting to announce it properly (if at all).
