During a podcast with Game Informer, "Disney Infinity" executive John Vignocchi answered several questions regarding the third wave of figures.
One of the interesting questions given was when Ben Hanson of Game Informer asked about demand in relation to Amiibo.
Hanson: Given the turbulent release of Amiibo characters, are you doing anything to prepare for the high demand for Star Wars figures?
Vignocchi: There is never an intention to create a shortage of any figures. It is irresponsible and rude to your hard core fans. They don't want to create frustration or the hunt. So they will be stocking the shelves well!
Of other questions asked, Hanson asked about possible characters in the future. Characters such as those from "Kingdom Hearts," Goofy, and Boba Fett are possible. Characters like Revan from "Knights of the Old Republic," however, are not.
