What is "Driveclub?"
"Driveclub" is Sony's newest racing game, and is currently exclusive to the PS4. The game was originally intended to be released in the same window as the console itself, but was ultimately pushed back to give the developers more time to finish and tune the game. "Driveclub" also seems to focus more on a controlled racing experience rather than a chaotic one (such as the "Need for Speed" series). "Driveclub" has also become notable for Sony's push at an online community. SCEA has been promoting the social aspects of this game for more than a year now. Sony has finally followed through on their word, giving all of their PS4 players a free taste of what is to come on their next-gen machine.
What Exactly do PlayStation Plus subscribers Get for Free?
Currently there is only one location that PS Plus subscribers get: India. However, within India they get 11 tracks and 10 different cars (from different manufacturers). Meanwhile, those who already purchased the game are looking forward to a whopping 55 tracks across 5 different locations, 50 different cars (from 24 different manufacturers), and 55 events from the Tour Campaign. So in terms of overall quantity of content those who purchase end up with more than five times the content! Don't feel bad if you don't want to purchase the game immediately though, as everyone still gets access to the online mode if they wish to simply race against their friends.
