Kotaku has reported that PS4s with the "P.T." demo for "Silent Hills" are being pulled from eBay. This event follows Konami having "P.T." pulled from the PlayStation Store and making it impossible to download the game even if it's in the library.
The possible reason for the de-listings may be in part of Konami owning rights to the software and they didn't want PS4s with "P.T." downloaded to be sold. eBay has this particular policy when it comes to copyrighted material:
Most new video game consoles, that support online gameplay, will save your personal information used for logging into those networks. Before selling your video game console, it is highly recommended to go into the settings area, and reset the console back to factory default settings. eBay
There have also been some instances where the listings for devices with the mobile game "Flappy Bird" were removed.
