Posting on Twitter, Pete Hines, the VP of marketing for Bethesda, stated that there won't be any kind of exclusive or timed DLC for "Fallout 4."
We aren't doing a DLC exclusive with anyone.

"Fallout 4" will be released on November 10, 2015, and will have a season pass sometime in the future. What the season pass includes isn't known to both the consumers and the developers at this point, as the game is still being worked on to polish the game before it releases.
