Taking to reddit, Hajime Tabata, director of "Final Fantasy Type-0," answered some questions for the game and some personal questions, such as his hobbies, influences, and favorite characters in the "Final Fantasy" franchise (by the way, his favorite is Zack from "Final Fantasy VII").
Out of these questions, he was asked about the status of the "Final Fantasy XV" demo that was included with "Final Fantasy Type-0" at launch, as there were rumors that it may not be done when the game releases. Here is what Tabata had to say:
We are doing are best to have the demo playable with the release of Type-0 HD, but we are still working on optimizing the system and everything, so I can't give you a date. Hajime Tabata
Player Theory will keep you posted as to whether the demo is completed at the launch of "Final Fantasy Type-0" or if there will be some form of code released following the release.
Additionally, Tabata was asked about remastering "Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII" and "Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII." While nothing is planned at this moment, Tabata would be interested if there fans who wanted to see a revisit.
"Final Fantasy Type-0" is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17 in North America, March 19 for Japan, and March 20 for Europe. "Final Fantasy XV," previously known as "Final Fantasy Versus XIII," will be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the future.
