Scott Cawthon has posted "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location's" Steam Page, which has a release window of October 2016.

With the release window revealed, however, it should be taken with a grain of salt. Scott Cawthon has a habit of releasing his games earlier than the intended release date. Whether Scott keeps to his word of October 2016 will have to be seen.
