According to The Seattle Times, Microsoft Xbox Head Phil Spencer stated that they were "100 percent committed to the PC-gaming space," where he announced "Forza Motorsport 6: Apex."
"Apex" will be free-to-play and coming only to Windows 10 in Spring 2016. The title "Apex" comes from the concept that the game will show the potential of what Windows 10 has to offer.
