Posted on the PlayStation Blog, April's update for "Street Fighter V" will add Guile along with a rage quit system.
Guile will have his iconic Sonic Boom and other Sonic based attacks (not Sonic the Hedgehog). Along with Guile, the first DLC stage, Air Force Base Stage, will be available to download, costing 70,000 points.
In tradition with updates, more matchmaking and balancing tweaks will be added. To help with the online matchmaking, a rage quit system will be implemented to help discourage the action.
The way this will work is the system will identify players who have high disconnect rates during matches and will lock them out of matchmaking for a period of time. Players who have been identified as abusing the system will receive an in-game message notifying them they have been locked out of matchmaking.
Capcom and Sony says the update will come soon, whereas the Alex update from last month was added in the last week of March.
