At EVO 2016, Yoshinori Ono confirmed that the purple-themed Juri will be coming to "Street Fighter V" as the next DLC fighter by the end of July 2016.
While her complete, tested gameplay will come later at the end of July, you can still get the chance to test her out in the Cinematic Story Mode, which is currently available. The story mode Juri isn't fully finished, but it can be easily guessed that the story mode version will be updated once development is completed.
