Having won the "Golden Poo Award" two years in a row and the latest "SimCity" not living up to fan expectations after a rocky launch, some of the EA crew have finally decided it's time to abandon ship. These three - some of the original folks from Maxis - are taking their leave to start a new studio, Jellygrade, and make a new name for themselves.
We're a few recovering ex-AAA game developers, now looking to make the kinds of games we love on mobile.
Work has already begun on an iPad game which is “a simulation about the dawn of life on earth; about lava, water, rock and the emergence of the first primordial creatures,” but they hope that their titles will also make their way to PC as time goes on.
