On May 12th, Naughty Dog will be releasing it's award-winning story DLC "Left Behind" as a stand-alone game for the PS3 and PS4 consoles. "Left Behind" acts a prequel of sorts for "The Last of Us," where the player controls Ellie as she explores the new, very dangerous world brought upon by the on-going cordycep plague. It is difficult to really summarize without giving anything away, but it is highly recommended that you play through "The Last of Us" before attempting the "Left Behind" DLC, as there are significant spoilers. You can get the stand-alone "Left Behind" game on May 12th for $9.99. Naughty Dog has announced that they will be lowering the price of the "Left Behind" add-on DLC for the main game on that same day, but have not released the price yet.
