A little more than a week after the successful theatrical release of "Mad Max: Fury Road," WB Games has saw fit to release a story trailer for their upcoming game "Mad Max: Savage Road."
In reality, we aren't given a lot of details about the actual story that we weren't able to glean from previous trailers. We know that Max gets attacked by raiders while out in the Wastes, and his iconic Interceptor gets stolen. The rest of the game seems to revolve around Max rebuilding his car, blowing stuff up and, well, generally being really savage. No doubt a deeper story will reveal itself once we actually get started with the game.
Still, if you saw "Max Max: Fury Road" in theaters this past week and you liked it, this game looks to be a lot of the same kind of super-intense action. And sometimes, if it's done right, that's all the story you need.
"Max Max: Savage Road" is set for release on September 1st on PC, XBox One and Playstation 4.
