"Megaman" creator Keiji Inafune launched a Kickstarter a while back for a new game, "Mighty No. 9." At first glance, it looks like a new "Megaman" game, and fans are still questioning when or if Capcom will try and step to address copyright issues. In any case, the game's progress has trickled to the public slowly through periodic videos and today we have a new one to check out.
This new footage shows off switchable powers, a female character, and new stages. More and more this game looks like a modern "Megaman" title. Bosses look amazing with awesome detail and cool stages to play through. The look of "Mighty No. 9" as he switches powers is awesome, as well. Fans still have a long time to wait as the expected release date is set for April 2015 for multiple consoles. Stay tuned to Player Theory for more "Mighty No. 9" news.
