Following last year's "Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix", this second HD collection looks to once again significantly enhance the visuals of the original games.
Taking place in "Kingdom Hearts II"'s "Halloween Town" world, the trailer shows off not only higher definition textures and character models but also a brighter color palette that makes the colorful environments look all the more attractive.
Fans will notice that the Christmas Town costumes have also been added, as this is the "Final Mix" edition of the game that was previously released only in Japan. Other extras like secret bosses and bonus Drive forms will also be included in this version.
The trailer also gives us a glimpse of the conversion of PSP game "Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep" that is also included in the collection. From the looks of things Square-Enix have done an excellent job converting this game to the PS3, bringing the noticeably aging visuals of the PSP original up to the standard of the PS2 conversions.
"Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix" is set for release on December 2nd following it's October release in Japan.
Unlike previous trailers, this trailer did not contain a tease for "Kingdom Hearts III" which is expected to release some time after "Final Fantasy XV".
