Bandai Namco announced the sequel "Pac-Man Championship Edition 2."
Continuing the bright, flashy lights on black background, new modes are being introduced along the zany ones introduced in the first one. It seems that you can fend off certain ghosts coming at you in certain circumstances, eat long chains of ghosts that lead to another map, and fight off giant ghosts (how you do so isn't known as of now).
Expect to chomp ghosts in September 2016 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
