Sony President Shuhei Yoshida stated that Sony is working on an application that will allow PlayStation consoles (or the PlayStation 4 at the very least) to stream on PC/Mac with Remote Play.
Some people asked if we plan to provide Remote Play function to PC, and yes, we are indeed working on an official application for PC/Mac. :D

Similarly, the PlayStation 4 can stream to the PlayStation Vita with Remote Play, allowing for mobile gaming with otherwise PlayStation 4 games. There isn't a date for when the Remote Play for PC/Mac is coming.
