Square Enix has announced when "Rise of the Tomb Raider" will release on the PlayStation 4.
Previously a timed exclusive for Xbox consoles (and then PC shortly after), "Rise of the Tomb Raider" will be coming to PlayStation 4 on Octover 11, 2016. However, PS4 owners are getting the "20 Year Celebration" edition of the game, which includes all of the previously released DLC, a new story chapter called "Blood Ties," co-op play for "Endurance Mode," and more. Note that Xbox One/PC owners who have the Season Pass get the new content. If you don't, then you have to pay for it.
Noteworthy of the "Blood Ties" content is that it supports VR (only for PlayStation 4). This chapter features the Croft Manor as Lara proves her worthiness of the Croft name. Seeing that "Blood Ties" is on other platforms, this isn't restricted to being VR.
