Developed by Remedy Entertainment, "Quantum Break" has officially become Microsoft Studios' biggest-selling new IP for this generation, pushing it above the likes of "Ryse" and "Sunset Overdrive."
Launched worldwide on April 5 for the Xbox One and PC, the time-bending action adventure game quickly became the number one most-played new game on Xbox in the world for its first week. It also shot up the UK sales chart, making it the first Microsoft-published game to reach the top of said sales chart since 2015's "Halo 5: Guardians."
Recently, Remedy has issued an apology concerning problems that have been reported by players of the PC version, including frame-rate stuttering and the lack of an exit button to return to the main menu. Remedy has confirmed that they are "working diligently" to resolve them in future updates.
