Revealed during Sony's E3 2016 conference, Capcom officially revealed "Resident Evil 7."
It appears to be taking some cues from the playable teaser "PT" with a first-player perspective with an atmospheric setting. Though not much was shown, the release date will be January 24, 2017. It can be played with PlayStation VR and there'll be a demo for PlayStation owners sometime after the conference.
