According to Gamepur (with evidence coming from Erren Van Duine on Twitter), "Rise of the Tomb Raider" sold poorly in the UK.
The numbers being reported in come at 63,000 units for the Xbox One, where "Tomb Raider (2013)" debuted with 183,000 units. A number of things could have attributed to the low sales, such as the timed exclusivity deal with Microsoft and the massive backlash from said move and the release of "Fallout 4" in the same period of time, along with "Call of Duty: Black Ops III," "Halo 5: Guardians," and "Star Wars Battlefront (2015)" releasing around this time. The US sales haven't been released yet.
