Sony Online Entertainment announced today they intend to roll out a new “All Access Membership” plan that offers players access to all of their subscription-based games. The new premium membership costs $14.99 each month.
Benefits include:
- 500 Station cash every month from game marketplaces.
- 10 percent discount on marketplace purchases.
- Access to promotions and offers.
All Access replaces individual game memberships, including those for “EverQuest Next,” “EverQuest II,” “DC Universe Online,” “Planetside 2,” “Vanguard: Saga of Heroes,” “Landmark,” and “H1Z1.” All current paid plans are slated to be upgraded today. Players don’t have to do anything to initiate the update process.
Players still need to pay the base price for the game, as All Access covers the subscription cost only. Both recurring and non-recurring membership holders qualify for the change.
