The "StarCraft" franchise turns 20 later this month, March 31.
Blizzard plans to spend the weeks leading to its anniversary with streams and giveaways that hit all of their current games, including "StarCraft 2" and "StarCraft: Remastered." Rewards include:
- "StarCraft: Remastered": Commemorative skin. Log into the game after March 6.
- "StarCraft 2": Commemorative UI skin for each race, portrait, and decal. Log in between March 6 and April 3.
- "Diablo 3":Dominion’s Revenge pet.
- "Overwatch":Sarah Kerrigan Ghost skin for Widowmaker. Log in between March 6 and April 3.
- "World of Warcraft": /salute the Zergling, Grunty, Mini Thor, Baneling, or Zeradar companion pets to receive the “Salute to StarCraft” Feat of Strength. Log in between March 6 and April 3.
- "Heroes of the Storm": — Log in to Heroes of the Storm to receive a 20th Anniversary Portrait for Protoss, Terran and Zerg. Log in between between March 27 and April 7.
- "Hearthstone": Three "Kobolds & Catacombs" card packs if you play the Tavern Brawl between March 21 and March 25.
Blizzard's stream takes place on March 30 and March 31 on Twitch, as well as plans to release a video on YouTube, "StarCraft is Life: A Celebration" to commemorate the last 20 years.
