EA released a free update for "The Sims 4" which adds two new career paths (each with two branching paths to choose from) and a holiday celebration pack.
These new paths allow Sims to pursue their dreams in either Athletics or Business. If a Sim decides that the life of an athlete is one they desire, they can branch off into Bodybuilding or becoming a Professional Athlete. Those Sims that enjoy the business side of the work force can branch into becoming either an Investor or work their way up management.
Each of these four paths unlock unique rooms via the room builder tool that pertain to whatever branch that Sim decided to go down. Each of these branches will also grant unique outfits for that Sim to wear. New "Chance Cards" have also been introduced that have a chance to put your Sim on the fast track, unlocking the profession perks much more quickly.
The update also includes a holiday themed pack that includes Christmas-themed objects, decor, and clothing. This pack can be redeemed for free either in-game or through Origin.
