According to IGN, Twisted Pixel, the studio behind "Comic Jumper" and "'Splosion Man," has become an independent studio once again as it leaves Microsoft.

This transition has been in the works for a few months, with both parties working together to lay the groundwork for us to spin out and become independent again. We’re looking forward to the new relationships and platforms this will open up to us and continuing our strong partnership with Microsoft on future titles for their platforms. Bill Muehl
Microsoft had purchased the studio back in 2011, where they were independent prior. With them going back to being an indie developer once more, they're seeking out new platforms for more games in the future.
