At first glance Human Resources looks like an awesome entry into the RTS genre fitting of Uber Entertainment. This statement unfortunately comes with a "but" in the form of some community outrage after only just moving their last Kickstarter title ("Planetary Annihilation") out of early access.
The opinions run the gamut of "this is a cash grab" to "they are abandoning PA." There do not seem to be many positive comments floating around the Reddit thread dedicated to it. The prominent sentiment is that this is a cash-hungry studio, but stepping away from that and looking at their numbers, it shows they are in it for more than just the quick cash out.
"Toy Rush"
"Toy Rush" is a cute mobile tower defense game. Though it doesn't have an official score, it has received favorable critic reviews.
"Outland Games"
"Outland Games" is a mobile side-scrolling infinite runner in the "Monday Night Combat" universe. It has also received favorable reviews, as well as carrying (at the time of this writing) a 74 at Metacritic.
"Super Monday Night Combat"
"Super Monday Night Combat" seems to be the most contentious of their titles. The general feeling I get from the community is that they expected "Super MNC" to be more like "MNC" or "MNC2;" but instead they removed some game play features that were highly sought after by fans. Couple this with a poorly executed matchmaking system and it is no wonder the community was upset with them. Regardless of all of this, the game still generally was received favorably by critics.
Actions Speak Louder than Words
I think that their previous titles speak volumes about their character and capabilities as a studio, and moving into another title soon after one is finished is a natural progression. Many people on the team are done at release - artists, sound engineers, designers - and would otherwise be out of a job if they didn't move on the next title. You should weigh these facts for yourself, then decide whether supporting them on Kickstarter is the right thing to do. I know I will.
