In a Famitsu magazine (translated by Gematsu), a new "Valkyria" game called "Valkryia: Azure Revolution" was revealed alongside "Valkyria Chronicles Remastered."
In the article for Famitsu, the game's director Takeshi Ozawa discussed what to expect in this new "Valkyria" game.
This time, we switched to an RPG. The concept of the battle system and the sensation of the battlefield are the same, but because it’s an RPG with simulation elements, you can experience the battlefield through a different perspective. Takeshi Ozawa
"Valkyria Chronicles Remastered" will be coming to PlayStation 4 on Feb. 10 in Japan for 4,990 yen. It will come with high-resolution graphics, downloadable content, and trophies, along with a demo for "Valkryia: Azure Revolution." Whether or not the game will get a Western release isn't known at this time.
