Ubisoft has confirmed during their third-quarter financial report that "Watch Dogs 2" (tentatively titled) will launch sometime next year in April 2017.
Ubisoft will launch a very high-quality line-up, including For Honor, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands, [and] the next installment of Watch Dogs.
There is also a "new high-potential AAA brand with strong digital live services" that Ubisoft is touting. However, there wasn't any information on what this mystery title could be. The new IP could most likely appear at E3 2016 for a big reveal.
