WB Games revealed at San Diego Comic Con 2016 that Wonder Woman would be returning for "Injustice 2" along with Blue Beetle making his debut.
Wonder Woman will be using her sword and shield as a primary means of fighting, along with her Lasso of Truth and her pure strength as an Amazonian. It also seems her super attack is her flying solo, whereas the previous one in "Injustice: Gods Among Us" has fellow Amazonians aiding her.
Blue Beetle joins the fray this time around, and he uses alien technology to aid him in combat and flight as it allows him to use morph parts of his suit to what he needs. This iteration of the Blue Beetle character seems to be Jaime Reyes.
"Injustice 2" is set to release sometime in 2017 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with more character reveals to come in the following months.
