In addition to Ana being revealed for the game as a support sniper, Blizzard announced a patch for July 2016 that give certain characters some beefy buffs and some mild nerfs.
Along with general gameplay tweaks, such as making Overtime deplete quicker once 20 seconds pass and competitive play limiting only one hero, the majority of tweaks are for the heroes. For instance, all of the support characters who heal can charge their ultimates through healing now, though their ultimate requires more charging.
The biggest changes are going to D. Va. Her Defense Matrix ability's cool-down is now reduced to 1 (was 10 before), but there's now a new system that determines when she can use it. It is also now set as an alternate fire option (similiar to Reinhardt's shield), though there's an option to toggle it so it stays on. Her Self-Destruct ultimate ability's cost has been decreased, the delay has been decreased, and she will no longer die from the explosion.
Other changes include a strength increase for Mercy's healing/buffing ability, Zenyatta is getting more health and Roadhog's ultimate costing more to charge. Check out all the details in the patch here.
